Peter K. Rosen, Esq., Joins JAMS in Los Angeles

Experienced arbitrator joins JAMS as an arbitrator, mediator, special master, and neutral evaluator

Los Angeles – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution services worldwide, is pleased to welcome Peter K. Rosen, Esq., to its panel. Mr. Rosen joins JAMS following his prestigious legal career, handling high-profile insurance matters covering a wide range of commercial issues and policies.

Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Rosen will serve as an arbitrator, mediator, special master and neutral evaluator in a variety of practice areas, including business/commercial, construction, cybersecurity and privacy, entertainment and sports, insurance, international, natural/mass disaster relief, professional liability and securities.

Mr. Rosen has deep expertise in handling coverage issues arising out of mass disasters. His role in the World Trade Center insurance coverage litigation earned him worldwide recognition. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Rosen has driven hundreds of matters to a mediated resolution, and he has been involved in numerous high-stakes domestic and international arbitrations.

Mr. Rosen has built a reputation on his extensive insurance expertise and ability to handle complex cases. We look forward to having him bring his valuable perspective and experience to the JAMS panel.

Mr. Rosen is widely acclaimed for his insurance expertise. He has received accolades from Chambers USA and The Legal 500. He is the author of leading texts on directors and officers liability and business interruption claims. In addition, he teaches insurance law at University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law and Pepperdine University School of Law. He has also taught corporate governance at USC Gould School of Law.

Joining JAMS provides me with a global platform and the ability to continue applying the skills that I’ve honed over the years. I’m looking forward to this next step in my career and working with parties to successfully achieve resolution.

Mr. Rosen received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, then went on to earn his M.P.A. from USC and his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law.
