Ethical Considerations in Disclosure of Mediation Information

JAMS neutral Hon. Frank Maas (Ret.) will join a panel discussion on March 18, “Ethical Considerations in Disclosure of Mediation Information.” This panel discussion will revolve around circumstances that could warrant disclosure of information received in mediations. These are issues which mediators and counsel encounter regularly and with which they grapple. Many are gray areas which the panel will discuss and debate.
