The Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (ASCDC)’s Annual Construction Seminar brings together attorneys, judges, neutrals, claims professionals, and industry experts for an afternoon of insight, practical discussion, and connection. This year’s program will cover arbitration best practices, lessons from the bench, mediation techniques, and the latest developments impacting construction litigation and claims handling.

- Hon. Stephen J. Sundvold (Ret.) will join the panel “Arbitration Best Practices, Dos and Don’ts,” (2:50 PM - 3:45 PM) sharing insights from his experience managing complex construction and commercial disputes.
- Hon. Nancy Wieben Stock (Ret.) will participate in “Lessons from the Bench,” (4:35 PM - 5:30 PM) alongside experienced colleagues from the judiciary and ADR community, sharing her judicial perspective on effective advocacy and case management in construction matters.
