Mediation Strategies & Insights - From the Statement to the Settlement

The panel brings together practitioners and mediators from the public and private sectors to share and discuss their views on topics including mediation statements (and the exchange thereof), opening statements, communication with clients during mediation (by mediators and counsel), negotiation tactics, remote vs. in-person mediations, methods for mediators to drive resolutions, term sheets vs. fully executed agreements, and other core issues that frequently divide practitioners and mediators. Joining the panel will be:
