The Changing Legal Landscape of Mediating Sexual Harassment Cases

Presented by the ADR Section of the Dallas Bar Association

JAMS ADR Professionals Cecilia Morgan and Gary Fowler will lead a distinguished panel of experts in a dialogue on mediating sexual harassment cases. Moderated by Mr. Fowler, the panel will include Magistrate Judge Christine Nowak (Eastern District of Texas), Dallas labor specialist Karen Fitzgerald, and Ms. Morgan. The panel will discuss best practices for mediation in light of recent changes to Texas and federal law. The panel will also address the unique dynamics of mediating sexual harassment cases and utilization of hybrid and videoconferencing to obtain optimal resolution.
