As the world economy pivots from the COVID 19 pandemic, a reinvigorated focus on renewable and clean energy is developing. With governments at all levels committing further resources to create renewable energy infrastructure, efficient risk management and dispute resolution continues to be top of mind for investors, contractors and public agencies involved in such projects. This year’s Global Construction Disputes Update will focus on the renewable energy industry, and cover trends and developments in North America, the Middle East, Europe and South America.
