We are thrilled to announce the panels and activities for the 14th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference,
to be held virtually on November 11-13, 2020. New to the Conference this year is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Track. Also new is an additional full day of labor and employment law “Foundations and Essentials,” which will
take place on November 5, 2020 and is geared towards new and young lawyers. In addition, the Section established
the Judge Bernice B. Donald Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession Award, which will be bestowed
during the Conference. This reshaped virtual conference will continue our tradition of delivering the immensely valuable CLE and networking opportunities our attendees expect year after year. From dynamic panel sessions covering the latest legal and practical developments affecting all labor and employment constituencies to introducing innovative ways in which to connect with familiar friends and colleagues and establish new relationships, our Section’s signature event will be a can’t-miss event this fall.
At this year’s Conference, you can expect:
  • Prominent speakers representing all perspectives in labor and employment law, including many government officials and judges
  • A full year’s worth of CLE credit at an unbeatable price
  • A curriculum covering all aspects of labor and employment law
  • Opportunities for you to meet virtually with colleagues from across the U.S. and the globe through an interactive format that will allow small group conversations around virtual tables.
The sessions will be presented live via an online program to allow for real-time interaction between Conference
attendees and panelists. All sessions will also be recorded and available to attendees on-demand for 30 days
following the Conference.
The Conference Planning Committee, comprised of extraordinary Section members, has worked tirelessly over the
past year to make this the preeminent labor and employment law conference. We are particularly proud that this
year’s Conference will feature the most diverse lineup of speakers, by far, that the Section has ever had. During the
Conference, you will have the opportunity to hear from and confer with top practitioners representing employees,
employers, unions and government agencies, as well as judges, neutrals, and academics
