Program Parameters
- Program is limited to family law matters in which the parties’ annual income does not exceed $200,000 and parties’ total assets are $750,000 or less
- Rate includes 4 hours of virtual mediation session time plus 2 hours of neutral prep/follow up
- Access to skilled family law mediators dedicated to resolving complex and emotional issues that arise in family law cases
- Limited to virtual services only, with state-of-the-art videoconferencing technology and JAMS moderator available to provide technical support
- Administrative fees included in all-inclusive rate
- Standard 14-day continuation/cancellation policy applies
- Additional professional time beyond the six hours of hearing time will be billed at the neutral’s standard hourly rate and additional administrative fees may apply
- Program excludes arbitration services
