Program Parameters

• Program is limited to two party personal injury, first party property, and property insurance/homeowners’ association disputes
• 2 hours of virtual mediation session time, including 1 hour of prep time
• Access to skilled, South Florida-based neutrals with subject matter experience
• Flexibility to set multiple cases on a single day
• Limited to virtual services only, with state-of-the-art videoconferencing technology and JAMS moderator available to provide technical support
• Administrative fees included in all-inclusive rate
• No charge for cancellations in writing within two business days
• Additional professional time beyond the two hours of hearing time will be billed at the neutral’s standard hourly rate and additional administrative fees may apply
• Program excludes arbitration services
